  • No renters under the age of 25
  • Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and check-out is 10 a.m. Central Time
  • This is a no pet, non-smoking condominium
  • $200 reservation deposit is refundable up to 14 days before arrival date (less $20 processing fee). Rent is not due until check-in.
